3 Live Embodied Practice Sessions
Guided sessions integrating movement, breathwork, meditation, and subtle body awareness.

1 Embodied Inquiry Circle
A deep exploration of a single posture each month. Together we investigate:
Body & Breath: alignment, nervous system responses, and subtle sensations
Practice: how to do the posture, variations, and practical guidance
Philosophy: insights from classical yoga texts and modern therapeutic modalities
Integration: how the posture and its principles translate into daily life
The session concludes with tea, open Q&A, and community reflection, creating a supportive space for discussion, sharing, and experiential learning.
