This course comprises 4 sessions which explore everything ranging from the benefits of meditation, the ancient Philosophical perspectives of Tantra and Vedanta, the entire mind/body/spirit as meditator, along with a practical methodology to incorporate a unique style of meditation into your life.
(If you would like to learn to teach Meditation in an inspiring way, this course can be Certified with extra hours.)

What is Meditation
What is the Self- MIND-BODY-SPIRIT
SUBTLE BODY- Components of the subtle body
Energy/PRANA (akasha and brahma, Shiva and Shakti, Microcosm and Macrocosm)
What is mind- functions and parts
What is Consciousness- sub consciousness-
mind / body relationship
Nervous System, patterns, beliefs, emotions, memory
Patanjali Yoga Sutra-8 limbs of yoga-
