Shiva Shakti Yoga Academy

I founded the Shiva Shakti Academy with my amazing brother and teacher Dr.Jeremy Howick.  Samantha and I arrived at Yoga from very different paths, and superficially we have very different styles of Yoga teaching and practice. However we share the same holistic traditional Yoga philosophy. We created the Academy to share our teaching with others.

The Shiva Shakti Academy is certified by Canada Yoga Alliance, we offer  200 hrTeacher Training, Prenatal Teacher Training, amazing workshops, free videos & retreats.
